Features
Traffic is a two-component waterborne 100% polyurethane finish for the surface treatment of wooden floors in commercial premises where a very high resistance to wear is required. It is also suitable for overcoating factory pre-finished cork floors. Traffic Matt provides a clear natural appearance giving “invisible protection” and the look of an oiled floor but, unlike oil, offers years of virtually maintenance-free protection. Traffic Silk Matt has a higher sheen level but all the other qualities of the matt version.
• Contains less than 10% solvents • Superb scratch and chemical resistance • High scuff resistance • Non-yellowing surface • Meets DIN norm 18 032 and BS 7044:1990 for slip resistance • Meets ÖNORM C 2354 Category C (very heavy wear)

Solids content: Approx. 33%
pH-value: Approx. 8
Viscosity: Approx. 24 sec. (25°C, FC4)
Resistance to wear: Approx. 2.5 mg/100 revolutions (SIS 923509)
Sheen (at 60°): Invisible Protection: approx. 15, Silk Matt: approx. 45 Mixing ratio: 1 part Traffic Hardener to 10 parts Traffic
Pot life: 5 hours at 20oC
Drying time: 3-4 hours at 20°C/60% R.H.
Application tools: Roller or applicator
Application rate: 8-10 m2/litre (120-100g/m2) per coat

Shelf life: 1 year, from date of production, in unopened original container
